This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is a tendering opportunity for training providers on the Skills Funding Agency Register of Training Organisations to deliver named Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and Education Funding agency (EFA) provision. It is following the light-touch regime permitted under Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

Delivery of Intermediate, Advanced and Higher level apprenticeship programmes.

Delivery of programmes that comply with Skills Funding Agency and awarding body requirements including Maths and English qualifications.

Delivery of Adult Education Budget Classroom programmes that comply with the requirements of the Skills Funding Agency and the relevant awarding body criteria.

Delivery of qualifications that comply with Education Funding Agency and awarding body requirements including Maths and English qualifications.
