— asbestos removal, deconstruction, demolition of old and poorly adapted buildings (about 700 m 2);

— light restructuring (about 700 m 2);

— heavy restructuring college and Greta (about 2,000 m 2);

— new construction (approx. 2,300 m 2);

— rehabilitation outdoor spaces (approximately 5,500 m 2);

— structural and thermal rehabilitation (envelope, networks);

— implementation of PMR standards;

— possible installation of prefabricated structures during the work forecast estimate of the work: 9 700 000 EUR excl.

As an indication, the studies have a planned duration of 12 months and the work has a planned duration of 36 months.
