The procurement includes medical rehabilitation Mobility aids: four-wheeled electric moped and strollers suitable for children with difficulty.
The procurement includes the medical districts of the Tampere University Hospital's Special Responsibility Area; Pirkanmaa, Kanta-Häme and South Ostrobothnia medical districts.
The acquisition is divided into two parts, with one (1) contract supplier for each selection.
The length of the contract period is two (2) years. The estimated start date for the contract period is March-April 2022.
The contract may be extended after the actual contractual period until further expiry.
The procurement agreement shall be made by the medical districts of the Pirkanmaa Hospital District, as well as their provincial aid centres.
Prices are fixed for the first two years of the contract period. The price does not include VAT.
The supplier may present a price change in the price of the contracted product for the option period as stated in the draft contract (Annex 1).

The estimated quantities and the value of the acquisition are estimates of the annual quantity of purchase and do not bind the subscriber to ordering a specific quantity of purchase. Order volumes may vary from year to year.
The subscriber chooses one (1) economically cheapest offer. The minimum requirements are multiplied in the item of acquisition criteria.
Electronic mobility aids are released to customer's use on the basis of an individual needs assessment.
The aid instrument shall strengthen the customer's conditions for independent movement and support inclusion in essential day-to-day activities.
In the case of end users who, due to injury or quality of illness, no aid to meet individually defined needs can be found from the selected contract vendor, the subscriber shall have the right to obtain the necessary aid from a non-contract supplier.
StrollersTuomi Logistiikka Oy competes for the use of medical districts in the Tampere University Hospital's special responsibility district for use strollers suitable for children with different sizes of severe severity when the sitting position requires special support.

During the contractual period, Aid Centres and any ancillary units thereof will acquire the most relevant mobility assistance and support tool suitable for customer use. For their action, it is borrowed in accordance with the donation criteria of the Medical Rehabilitation Aid. Aids are sourced for communal service houses and, e.g., health stations for joint use.
In the case of end-users for whom, due to injury or quality of illness, an auxiliary can not be found from a selected contract supplier with individually defined needs, the subscriber shall be entitled to obtain the necessary aid from a non-contract vender/contract vendors.
