The contractor will assist EPREMASA in carrying out the quality control inspection of all services related to municipal waste collection and management of clean points provided by EPREMASA to the different municipalities of the province of Córdoba, as well as in the exploitation of the facilities of the transfer plants and the Montalbán de Córdoba Complex, in order to verify that the provision of services is carried out in accordance with the requirements established in the contracts that regulate them.
The winning company must carry out the quality inspection of the collection, washing and maintenance services provided by the different contracts in the province of Córdoba. Likewise, in the clean points, transfer plants and facilities of the CMA Montalbán.
In addition, the quality control service will include inspections of the technical and human resources attached to the execution of these services.
Recruitment of quality inspection of collection services, clean points, transfer and treatment plants in the province of Córdoba, in accordance with the following specifications:
- The contractor will assist EPREMASA in carrying out the quality control inspection of all services related to municipal waste collection and management of clean points provided by EPREMASA to the different municipalities of the province of Córdoba, as well as in the exploitation of the facilities of the transfer plants and the Environmental Complex of Montalbán de Córdoba (hereinafter CMA Montalbán), in order to verify that the provision of services is carried out in accordance with the requirements established in the contracts that regulate them,
- The winning company must carry out the quality inspection of the collection, washing and maintenance services provided by the different contracts in the province of Córdoba. Likewise, in the clean points, transfer plants and facilities of the CMA Montalbán,
- In addition, the quality control service will include inspections of the technical and human resources assigned to the execution of these services by the contracts and those performed directly with human and material resources of EPREMASA,
- The inspections and quality controls of the different services will be carried out in accordance with the procedures established by EPREMASA, which are attached as an annex to this specification. However, EPREMASA may modify or include these procedures throughout the contract, negotiating according to the unit prices that establish the amount of the services that are required, both upwards and downwards. However, modifications that involve variations of +/- 10% with respect to the award amount may not be carried out.
