1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the municipalities of Czernichów, Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce, Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca, Liszki, Michałowice, Mogilany and Wielka Wieś.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of objects referred to in paragraph 1 and the planned consumption of electricity include Annexes 6, 7 and 8 to the ToR.
3. The sale of electricity will take place under the terms of the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended) and in accordance with the of this Act by implementing regulations, in particular with the customer service standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws No. 93, item 623, as amended).

4. The Contractor who wins the tender undertakes to submit, on behalf of the Employer, the Distribution System Operator competent for the Employer, notification of the conclusion of a contract for the sale of electricity to individual facilities.
5. Purchasers reserve the right to withdraw from the sales contract for facilities where due to the installation of renewable energy sources it will be necessary to conclude a comprehensive contract.
