The OU intends to select three suppliers from whom it intends to purchase clients and accessories in the coming period. The OU wants to enter into a framework agreement with the selected suppliers in which agreements are laid down about the supply of clients and accessories by those suppliers to the OU.

Clients = IT equipment that is suitable for using services offered over an IT network. Examples (not exhaustive) of clients are: desktops, thin clients, laptops and tablets.
