This contract concerns the project management and extended OPC mission relating to the development of the northern sequence of Boulevard Patrick-Devedjian (Rd993) and certain adjoining tracks. For this northern sequence, the programme mentions 3 perimeters:-An intervention perimeter (about 6.8 ha), which constitutes the main perimeter of study and future works.-An interface perimeter (about 29 ha), which is the perimeter requiring the powerful interface and opc actions of Cd92 and its prime contractor. Public and private project management operations will have to be taken into account. There may be studies and works necessary for the proper execution of the project defined in the scope of intervention.-a perimeter of reflection, which constitutes the territorial perimeter "from the Seine to the Seine" of the urban and landscape orientations
