2/ZP/24 - PHYSICAL PROTECTION CARRIED OUT BY SPECIALIZED ARMED PROTECTION FORMATIONS<

The subject of the contract are physical protection services for persons and property provided to the Ordering Party around the clock in the 24-hour system in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property of 22.08.1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995, as amended), the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 28 April 2022 on the militarization of organizational units performing tasks for the defense or security of the state (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1198) and other executive acts in this respect and the protection of alarm monitoring by remote monitoring centres, in accordance with the OPZ.

2. the performance of the subject of the contract will take place with the help of only SUFO employees who have the identity card of a qualified physical security employee, the identity card of a person admitted to possess weapons, an authorization issued by an authorized person to access classified information classified as "restricted" or a security clearance authorizing access to classified information with a minimum clause "restricted" and a valid certificate of training in the protection of classified information.

4. The contracting authority requires that all employees performing the contract are employed throughout the duration of the contract under an employment contract - 100% of the service is to be provided by employees employed under a contract of employment

5. The contracting authority does not allow subcontracting.
