The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, works from forest seed, works from nature protection, works related to management in a forest nursery, works related to meadow and agricultural management as well as works related to water drainage to be carried out in the Kaliska Forest District in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, logging and harvesting, works on forest seeds, works related to the management in the forest nursery, works related to meadow and agricultural management as well as works related to water drainage to be performed in the Kaliska Forest District in 2023 in the forests: Wirty, Arboretum Wirty, Miradowo Forest Nursery. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services being the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous task will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
