The Research Council of Norway is providing assistance for the project Energi21, and we hereby invite tenderers to an open tender competition for advisory services for the implementation of a research project for the theme: research and innovation focused business development. The research project contains 4 sub-projects.

Research and innovation focused business development is a prioritised subject for the Energi21 project. The thematics are emphasised in the mandate from the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. Energi21 shall, by virtue of its function and strategic work, contribute to promoting competitiveness and increased added value in Norway's energy industry.

The project shall contain a liaison group with representatives from Energi21, Gassnova, the Research Council of Norway, Enova, Export Credit Norway, Nysnø climate investment company and Innovation Norway. The objective of the liaison group is to contribute with input and knowledge so that the results are as relevant as possible for the project's relevant target groups.

A detailed progress plan must clarified with the contracting authority at the date of contract signing Energi21 is the project manager and has the daily dialogue with the executive contractor of the project.

The assignment must be carried out at a fixed price with an upper limit of: NOK 2 000 000 excluding VAT.
