The assignment

With regard to the redesign of the printer fleet for the Conexus Foundation, the product group is being purchased through a European tendering procedure. The assignment consists of supplying, installing, configuring and keeping operational approximately 42 A3 multifunction printers at various client locations. Current print volumes per year are:

- monochrome 7 400 000,

- color 1 900 000.

The client reserves the right to change the numbers and configuration of the requested equipment at any time during this tender. The service part concerns an agreement without purchase obligation. The client only wishes to pay for the actual prints made. The term of the agreement is sixty months with an optional twelve-month extension. The client wants equipment installed and delivered in working order no later than 1.1.2021.
