The project comprises a fundamentally rethought technical (Lot 1) and content-related (Lot 2) intranet solution for the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences, which is implemented by the contractor. Also included is technical support (Lot 1), which will only start after the platform goes live.

A comprehensive requirements analysis with all target group and stakeholder needs has already been completed and converted into a rough concept in the form of wireframes. The created wireframes will be attached when the invitation to submit a tender.

The biggest usability problems identified are the targeted finding of information and people through poor search results and a confusing sitemap.
