Upphandlingen avser ingående av ramavtal gällande drift och underhåll av 80 stycken radiosajter (GSMr) kopplade till, och fördelade längs med, Inlandsbanan. Det aktuella ramavtalet kan, utöver drift- och underhållsåtagandet, även komma att innebära avrop av vissa tillkommande arbeten.
