Description:
Art transport for art collection relocation

The art collection in question consists of about 18 main positions. These comprise a number of subheadings.

A quantity specification of the exhibits or recommended expenses of the packaging can be found in the appendix "Objektliste_AdA".

These quantities, including the elaborated service description in accordance with Appendix ("Leistungsbeschreibung_AdA") as well as the packaging requirements shown in the object list, are the basis for the calculation of the offer with regard to transport boxes, packaging material, packaging services, delivery and collection services, transports and other ancillary services.

The planned transport routes as well as the necessary measures for logistical solutions within (wind protection) and in front of the buildings (weather tent) including the various application and introduction options (ramps) shall be determined by the client in consultation with the contractor.

The coordination of the access roads to the client's buildings is carried out jointly.

The contracting authority shall provide access permits for the contractor's vehicles to the client's buildings and areas, and traffic-related questions in the public transport sector (establishment of no-stopping zones) shall be clarified by the bidder with the competent road traffic authorities.

It is the responsibility of the contractor to obtain all necessary official permits, including the necessary costs. At the request of the client, the corresponding permits must be submitted for inspection.

If necessary, the contractor shall ensure that the roads in front of the loading and unloading points are kept clear of parking traffic, moving traffic and other objects that may hinder transport during the transport work at the competent departments. The Client shall not be liable for downtimes of the Contractor with regard to violations by third parties of non-compliance with road traffic regulations (vehicles in the no-stopping zones or similar).

All corresponding costs of the contractor for the preparation and planning of the measure are to be listed in the offer in accordance with the currently existing specifications and included in the offer price.

The client prepares all necessary transport documents (scheduling and organizational planning) together with the contractor.

During the move, short status meetings (max. 1/2 hour) take place daily at the specified times, in which the contractor participates through his project responsible employee (team leader or representative). The costs for this project support during the move are to be included in the offer price.
