1. The subject of the contract are supplies of cytostatic and various drugs specified in the parts for the Fryderyk Chopin University Clinical Hospital in Rzeszów.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the requirements of the Ordering Party, information on the admission of other quantities of pieces in the package, are specified in the Price and Offer Forms – Appendices No. 1 for individual parts, which are an integral part of the SWZ.

3.The Ordering Party requires offer items of the order that meet the requirements described in SWZ.

4.The scope of the order includes delivery of items of the order in quantities specified in price-tender forms for the period:

- Part 1,2,3,4 – 12 months;

- Part No. 5 – until 08.03.2024

- Part No. 6,7,8 – until 14.02.2024

- Part No. 9 – until 04.02.2024

5.The Contracting Party shall not allow the submission of equivalent tenders.
