Summer clearing of municipal roads, pavements and parking bays in the area of Białołęka district of Warsaw

2.1. The object of the order is the summer cleaning of municipal roads, sidewalks and parking bays in the area of Białołęka district of Warsaw.

2.1. The object of the order is the summer cleaning of municipal roads, sidewalks and parking bays in the area of Białołęka district of Warsaw.

The subject of the contract includes:

1) in terms of summer street cleansing:

(a) clearing of roads which will be carried out according to the times specified in the price form. The Contractor will be required to clean up to 180 km on both sides of the road along with the pavement band (fuse), including weed and export of pollutants including the elimination of pollutants resulting from road accidents (m.in oil, oil, broken glass, body components, etc.), export waste and disposal, at the request of the contracting authority, which the contractor shall commence within a time of time to... hours (s) from the time of notification by the contracting operator (as offered by the contractor), in the quantities estimated by the contracting operator up to 62,5 m3;

(b) removal of large water flows from the streets without stormwater drainage by pumping out water and exporting by means of an assension wagon at the request of the contracting operator, which shall remove up to... hours (s) from the time of notification by the contractor (as offered by the contractor), as estimated by ordering quantities up to 550 m3;

2) in the field of clearing pavements and parking bays, manual or mechanical cleansing of the entire surface of the pavement, passages and parking bays from land expenditures, including cutting of grass and weeds outgrowths, cutting the edges of the lawns, the export of waste and their disposal. The Contractor is required to clean up to 238,704 m2 pavement and up to 14,432 m2 parking bays;

3. The list of streets and pavements and parking bays on the district board covered by the summer cleansing includes Annex No 1 to the model contract;

4) contractor employees should be dressed in work clothes with the company logo visible;

5) the performance of the service by the contractor will force to be carried out in accordance with the principles of the laws: of 14 December 2012 on waste (OJ, 2021, item 779, as amended) and 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (OJ of 2021, item 888);

6) the contractor becomes the producer of waste resulting from the execution of the contract and the method of management must comply with the provisions applicable on the date of execution of the contract, i.e. the Waste Act (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended) and the Law on Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (OJ of 2021, item 779) ( Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended).

Detailed terms of execution of the order shall include a model contract.

2.2. Option Law

The Contracting Authority does not provide for exercising the right of option

2.3 Insurance Policy Requirements

The Contracting Authority requires that the contractor has a paid insurance policy for the duration of the contract and in the absence of another document proving that the contractor is insured against the civil liability associated with the subject of the contract for the duration of the execution of the subject of the contract on a sum not less than the gross remuneration value. This insurance must also cover the actions of subcontractors. In the event that the liability insurance policy is not covered by the entire duration of the contract, the contractor is obliged to present a new insurance policy to the contracting authority within the above extent, at the latest on the last date of the previous insurance contract.

2.4. Equivalent solutions.

The Contracting Authority does not introduce equivalent solutions.

2.6. Deadline of the order.

The contract will be concluded for a period of three months from the date of signing the contract

Detailed terms of execution of the order shall include a model contract.

2.7. Order value

The Contracting Authority shall not provide at this stage the amount to finance the contract.

2.8. Additional duties of the contractor.

2.8.1. The Contracting Authority shall apply the social clause under Article 95 of the Law of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (OJ 2019, item 2019, item 2019).
