1. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting segregated and mixed municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Bartoszyce and transport of municipal waste and starting, maintaining and operating a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in the municipality of Bartoszyce. The Contractor is obliged to transport the collected waste, including waste collected selectively, to Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olsztyn, via the nearest reloading station, i.e. the reloading station in Medyny near Lidzbark Warmiński in accordance with local law, the content of this contract, the Specification of the Terms of Contract and the Contractor's offer, which constitute an integral part of the contract.
8) Delivery to the Ordering Party within 24 months of 220,000 pcs. bags for separate waste collection with a capacity of 60 l and 120 l, including:
- 105.000 pcs. yellow with a capacity of 120 l intended for metals, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, multi-material packaging waste,
- 47.000 pcs. green with a capacity of 60 l and 120 l for glass waste, including glass packaging waste,
- 30.000 pcs. blue with a capacity of 120 l for paper and cardboard waste, including packaging waste from paper and cardboard,
- 25.000 pcs. brown with a capacity of 60 l and 120 l for bio-waste,
- 13.000 pcs. grey with a capacity of 60 l intended for ash.
The number of bags may be increased or decreased depending on the current demand depending on the number of inhabitants and the degree of proper selective collection of municipal waste.
5. Minimum amount of waste (basic order):
1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste: 2.008.840 Mg
2) segregated waste: 1.394,360 Mg
Total: 3.403,200 mg
6. Amount of waste determined by the right of option:
1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste: 1.004,420 Mg
2) segregated waste: 697.180 Mg
Total: 1.701,600 mg
7. Maximum amount of waste (basic order + option):
1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste: 3.013,260 Mg
2) segregated waste: 2.091,540 Mg
Total: 5.104,800 mg
