The Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio of the Commission contains industrial property rights (patents, design and trade marks). To manage the IP portfolio of the EC, and in particular for any action before one of the Intellectual Property Offices in the EU and outside, often representatives are required. This procurement mainly relates to all actions before IP Offices, including applications for registration, registration procedures, opposition and invalidity actions, renewal and the payment of annuities. It concerns a recurring procurement.
