The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase and transport) of road salt "DR" to combat slipperiness on county and provincial roads for the needs of the District Road Administration in Częstochowa in the winter season 2022/2023 divided into 3 tasks. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ (SST road salt). The delivered subject of the contract must be of high quality and meet the requirements: 1. Salt should have an opinion on the use on roads, confirming the fulfillment of pro-ecological assumptions in relation to the Act on Nature Protection and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions of application of agents that can be used on public roads and streets and squares (Journal of Laws No. 230, item 1960 of 2005). 2. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations. Each batch of salt must have appropriate standards, attestations and approvals. The Contractor delivers the subject of the contract to the square of the Road Circuit No. 1 in Rudniki to Dworcowa 26 Street in Rudniki, to the Square of the Road Circuit No. 2 in Koniecpol at 84 Słowackiego Street and to the Square of the Road Circuit No. 3 in Poczesna to Bociana Górka 19 Street in Poczesna (according to the task). The delivered road salt (of stone origin) must meet the requirements of pn-86/C-84081/02 with the content of: - sodium chloride (NaCl) - min. 90% - anti-caking agent - in the amount of min 40 mg / kg - H2O - max 3.0% - CaCl2 - max 0.3% - parts insoluble in water - max. 2.0% - grain size with a fraction of 1-6 mm (grains below 1 mm 20% max, grains over 6 mm 10% max) - other requirements according to PN-86/C-84081/02 Salt must have a positive opinion of the Road and Bridge Research Institute - it is required to attach to the offer a positive opinion of the Road and Bridge Research Institute for the supplied road salt. 3. In the event of a change in the applicable quality standards during the term of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to adjust the quality of the delivered subject of the contract to the new standards. 4. The Contracting Authority allows the inclusion in the offer and then the use of equivalent materials with technical parameters not worse than those specified in the documentation. The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
