1. The subject of the contract is: delivery with assembly, installation of scientific and research equipment and training to the extent necessary to start using the equipment, including, among others: a) a system for diagnosing respiratory functions by forced oscillations; (b) a system for recording EEG electroencephalographic signals; (c) a portable body composition analyser-bioimpedance measuring apparatus using disposable electrodes; (d) wireless inertial system for traffic analysis and wireless EMG; (e) a portable wireless oculograph together with the system and equipment necessary for data analysis; (f) a system for the comprehensive study of biomechanical movements of the lower limbs; (g) an isokinetic assessment and training kit. 2. The detailed scope of delivery is indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract for a given part. 3. The Contractor is obliged to conduct training for AWF employees on the functioning and operation of a given device to the extent necessary to properly start using a given device – if such a requirement is indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract. The training must take place before the equipment is put into service. The scope of the training must cover all activities enabling the apparatus in question to be put into service, commissioning and testing. The costs associated with such training must be included in the price of the offer. 5. The Contractor is obliged to assemble, install, test and commission a given device – if such a requirement is indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, the costs associated with it must be included in the price of the offer.
