The appointment of an architectural pool (framework agreement) for projects of the master plan "Schools on the Leie" period 2020-2024 aims to build a pool for a period of four years (2020-2024).

Through this open procedure, in which all interested architects can participate, a framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of four tenderers.

In the subsequent phase (mini-competition), only the selected architects of the framework agreement will be able to apply for the planned projects for the period 2020-2024.
