1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 38 seven-lane push-pull double-decker depots along with 45 multi-system locomotives and the provision of multi-system locomotives maintenance services.

2. Proceedings are conducted in competitive dialogue under the Law of 11.9.2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2019 item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp Act” or “Pzp”.

1. Delivery of 38 seven-engine push-pull double-decker depots along with 45 multi-system locomotives and the provision of multi-system locomotive maintenance services.

2. The Contracting Authority shall indicate that a description of the needs and requirements of the contracting authority to prepare contractors for the dialogue will be posted on the website https://pkpintercity.eb2b.com.pl, as of the date of publication of this contract notice.

3. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not provide for prizes for performers who will present solutions for the submission of tenders during the dialogue.

4. The Contracting Authority indicates that it does not provide for a breakdown of the dialogue into stages in order to limit the number of solutions that will be the subject of dialogue at subsequent stages.

5. The Contracting Authority shall provide the following preliminary timetable for the

1) the submission of applications for admission to participate in the proceedings, in accordance with the time limit set out in this procurement notice;

2) examination of applications — August 2021;

3. Call for Competitive Dialogue — August 2021;

4) dialogue with performers — August-September 2021;

5. Invitation to tender — October 2021;

6) the submission of tenders — November-December 2021;

7) resolution of proceedings — January 2022.

At the same time, the Contracting Authority shall inform that the timetable is frameworks and may change depending on the actual course of the proceedings and the possible appeal procedures.
