For the planning services of the object planning - buildings and interiors according to §34 HOAI 2021 for the work phase(s) 2-8 for the project renovation Kita "Schlupfwinkel"

The state capital Magdeburg intends to extensively renovate the "Schlupfwinkel" daycare center in Victor-Jara-Straße. The commissioning of planning services is carried out in stages. First, LPH 2 is retrieved. The commissioning of LPH 3 - 8 is dependent on the confirmation of the planning results by the committees of the city. A claim to further assignment does not exist in the absence of fulfillment of the condition.
