4.4.29.7. Renovation of Peterbos housing tower nº 9 — general contractor — construction contract — open procedure

The object of the contract concerns the renovation of the building "Peterbos nº 9" in Anderlecht, of which the Foyer Anderlechtois is the owner and manager. The project involves a major renovation of a building with 80 social housing units and four commercial and service premises.

For this contract, we plan to:

A fixed tranche, in particular for:

- major renovation of the 80 housing units in the PB9 building;

- “casco” work on the ground floor of the socio-economic spaces.

Conditional slices, in particular for:

- finishing work on commercial spaces on the ground floor (currently pharmacy and grocery store);

- the finishing of the socio-cultural spaces on the ground floor (district office and future community space on the south gable of PB9);

- development of the green space behind the PB9 (current cul-de-sac);

- after-work management (possible maintenance contracts: for example ventilation);

- the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof.
