Part one of the contract: Collection and management of municipal waste arising on real estate inhabited in the commune of Niemce from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020 for Sector No. I

1.2. order description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of those indicated in point 2 Description of the subject of the procurement of municipal waste collected in the following towns: Baszki, Boduszyn, Kolonia Bystrzyca, Ciecierzyn, Dziuchów, Ludwinów, Łagiewniki, Niemce, Rudka Kozłowiecka, Swoboda, Wola Niemiec, Zalesie, PSZOK.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes throughout the entire duration of the contract collection of waste from the property on which residents reside and development:

1) mixed waste, collected in containers of 0.06m3 and larger, in accordance with PN / EN 840, marked with the words: MIXED WASTE; code 20 03 01;

2) paper waste, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and cardboard - collected in blue LDPE bags, with a minimum capacity of 120 liters, marked with the inscription: PAPER; code 20 01 01;

3) glass waste, which includes colorless and colored glass, including glass packaging waste - collected in LDPE bags of green color, with a minimum capacity of 80 liters, marked: GLASS; code 20 01 02;

4) metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging - collected in yellow LDPE bags, with a minimum capacity of 120 liters, marked with the words: METALS AND PLASTICS; codes 20 01 39, 20 01 40;

5) biowaste from households, collected in containers with a volume of 0.06m 3 and higher, in accordance with the PN / EN 840 standard, marked with the inscription: BIO; code 20 02 01;

6) waste electrical and electronic equipment and used fluorescent lamps; code 20 01 36;

7) furniture and other bulky waste, which due to their size and weight cannot be placed in containers used on the property; code 20 03 07;

8) plastics (e.g. garden furniture, buckets, boxes, bowls, pots made of PP and PE);

9) waste batteries and accumulators; code 20 01 34;

10) tires (without rims); code 16 01 03;

11) construction and demolition waste (not containing asbestos, roofing felt, tar, etc., and other hazardous materials); codes 17 01 07, 17 01 01 excluding debris;

12) the remains of expired chemicals, including used oils, solvents, water and oil paints, plant protection products, including packaging after these agents, packaging after fertilizers (the above mentioned waste should be in tight and non-leaking packaging and should have original labels identifying them); codes 200113 *, 200114 *, 200115 *, 200119 *, 200127 *, 200129 *;

13) other small hazardous waste from households separated from the municipal waste stream, including expired drugs, toners, fire extinguishers, codes 20 01 32, 20 01 28;

14) expired medicines from pharmacies indicated in Annex 2 to the contract

15) collection and management of waste only segregated from 3 municipal points for selective waste collection. The location of 3 points is indicated in Annex 1 to the contract;

16) collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at ul. Przemysłowa 1, 21-025 Niemce, POLAND.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in point 2 of the subject of the contract, collected in the following locations: Dys, Elizówka, Jakubowice Konińskie, Jakubowice Konińskie-Kolonia, Kawka, Krasienin, Krasienin-Kolonia, Majdan Krasieniński, Nasutów , Nowy Staw, Osówka, Pólko, Pryszczowa Góra, Stoczek, Stoczek-Kolonia, Wola Krasienińska.
