Logistics service consisting of the reception, transport, handling, storage and delivery of envelopes with books and other documents, through the pouch system, for the interlibrary loan of the libraries of the Barcelona Library Consortium, a courier service between libraries, between libraries and the Services Consortium headquarters and other messaging services in general.

The courier will consist of transporting envelopes and small packages with paper documents and audiovisual documents requested by the different libraries and the internal documentation of Biblioteques de Barcelona, as well as other items of different sizes.

The contract incorporates sustainable public procurement measures.
