The subject of the Order is:

winter maintenance of roads and squares on the territory of Zabrze, divided into parts:

— Part 1: winter maintenance of the voivodeship road no 921 and the national road no. 88 in the territory of Zabrze in the winter season 2021/2022,

— Part 2: winter maintenance of roads and squares in the territory of Zabrze, broken down into three zones, during the winter season 2021/2022.

The Contracting Authority shall provide for the award of contracts involving the repetition of similar services referred to in point 7 of Article 214 (1).

The order will consist of a repetition of similar services, i.e. remaining in connection with the basic contract due to the subject matter, the procedure for estimating the value of the contract and being included in the contract notice for the basic contract.

Value: 100% of the value of the basic order.
