The purpose of this contract is:

(i) Phase I: the supply and installation of control cabinets for all the infrastructure comprising the ski lift located along Annette and Lubin Hill at SPA;

II) Phase II:

a) Inspection and preventive maintenance of all the infrastructures allowing the normal operation of the two cabins constituting the said lift;

b) The repair of these infrastructures in case of breakdown and malfunction.

ii) Phase II:

a) Inspection and preventive maintenance of all the infrastructures allowing the normal operation of the two cabins constituting the said lift;

b) The repair of these infrastructures in case of breakdown and malfunction.
