The city of Coesfeld intends to renovate, modernize and partially rebuild the school center on the Holtwicker Straße in the period from 2021 to 2025 and possibly also to expand it. The school center is z. Currently used by the Th.-Heuss-Realschule and the Gymnasium Nepomucenum. In the school year 2017/2018

Visit approx. 1 400 students from these two schools. The entire complex covers about 32 800 m 2 Gross floor area and consists of the following buildings: old building, junior high school, built in 1955, annex, secondary school, year of construction 1965, new construction, secondary school and high school, built in 1977, toilet building school yard high school, built in 1977, 2 x triple sports hall, built in 1977.
