1. The subject of the contract is the purchase/delivery of computer equipment to the Regional Centre for Blood Donation and Haemotherapy in Łódź, divided into four Packages (parts):

1) Package 1 – Tablet;

2) Package 2 – E-ID readers;

3) Package 3 – Employee Card Reader;

4) Package 4 – Code Printer.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 1 and 2 to the SWZ.

3. Delivery of the subject of the order to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź (in the location at Franciszkańska 17/25, 91-433 Łódź) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor.

4. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ (Draft provisions of the contract).
