The Client wants to make a design for the MICU together with the contractor, taking into account the requirements and wishes of the Client. The Contractor must bring in knowledge and expertise to arrive at a fully-fledged design that complies with laws and regulations and the requirements and wishes of the Client. The contractor is then responsible for the actual construction, delivery and optionally maintenance of the MICU.
