The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection, intends to carry out maintenance cleaning (Lot 1) as well as glass and frame cleaning (Lot 2) for its building at Rosenkavalierplatz 2

in 81925 Munich.

The targeted contract period begins on 01.01.2024 until 29.02.2028. It will be extended by a maximum of one year until 28.02.2029.

The use of one day worker is planned. Maintenance cleaning also includes special work.

In the case of maintenance cleaning, the basic cleaning area amounts to around 21,000m². The annual cleaning area is around 2,000,000m².

For the glass and frame cleaning of the interior and exterior surfaces, the basic and annual cleaning area amounts to around 6,500m².

Due to the special features on site, the client is looking for particularly reliable and expert companies and places special demands on suitability! Within the framework of the participation competition, a bidder limitation is made. For bidders who are invited to submit a bid, a mandatory property inspection will be carried out.
