The market is for the rental of buses and coaches with drivers.

The market is divided into lots as follows:

- lot 1 “School transport to the swimming pools”: this lot concerns the transport by bus of the pupils of the three municipal schools (Blanmont and Chastre) and of the free school of Gentinnes to the pools of Blocry (in Louvain-la-Neuve) ;

- lot 2 "School transport to the gymnastics hall": this lot concerns the bus transport of pupils from the Chastre school to the Espace 2000 hall, in Blanmont;

- lot 3 "School transport: green classes and day trips": this lot concerns coach transport of pupils from three municipal schools (Blanmont, Chastre and Cortil), in the context of green classes and day trips day;

- lot 4 "Transport of the social cohesion service and other services": this lot concerns coach transport organized by the Social Cohesion Service ... (see contract documents).

This lot concerns the transport by bus of students from the three municipal schools (Blanmont and Chastre) and from the school of the French Community (Gentinnes school) to the swimming pools of Blocry (in Louvain-la-Neuve):

- Blanmont - Blocry school (19 km AR):

—— twice a week,

—— 33 weeks maximum = 66 trips,

—— about 30 students,

- Chastre - Blocry school (24 km AR):

—— once / week,

—— 33 weeks maximum = 33 trips,

—— about 30 students,

- Gentinnes - Blocry school (32 km AR):

—— 1 time / week,

—— 33 weeks maximum = 33 trips,

—— about 30 students.

This lot concerns the transport by bus of the pupils of the Chastre school to the Salle de l'Espace 2000, in Blanmont: Chastre school - Espace 2000 (10 km AR):

—— three round trips, once / week,

—— 33 weeks maximum = 99 trips,

—— 30 students maximum.

This lot concerns the transport by coach of students from the three municipal schools (Blanmont, Chastre and Cortil), as part of the green classes and day trips.

- green classes:

—— around five green classes per year for all schools (one to two at the school of Cortil, one to two at the school of Chastre, two at the school of Blanmont),

—— journeys in Belgium only,

—— duration of five days, but without the need for a coach on site,

—— about 30 students / trip,

- day trips:

—— approximately 30 day trips per year for all schools (seven or eight at the school of Cortil, seven or eight at the school of Chastre, fifteen at the school of Blanmont),

—— journeys in Belgium only,

—— about 30, 50 or 80 students / trip,

- intra-municipal journeys:

—— about 30 journeys from one of the three municipal schools, to another place within the municipality,

—— about 30 students / trip.

This lot concerns coach transport organized by the social cohesion service and other services:

- Scouts:

- new residents:
