The Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (Norwegian: Norges idrettshøgskole: NIH), shall enter into a framework agreement with a service provider for managing subscriptions and the procurement of foreign periodicals .

A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for the assignment. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority has an option to extend the framework agreement for a further one year + one year, a total maximum of four years.

The estimated value of the contract is NOK 2.9 excluding VAT.
