This tender relates to the flexible shell of De Nieuwe Veste. In order to meet the need for teaching staff on payroll and temporary employment services in the coming years, this purchasing procedure will be started. The need in the flexible shell consists of the following plots:
1. Payroll services, whereby a framework agreement is concluded with one contractor;
2. Broadcasting with mini-competition, whereby a framework agreement is concluded with a maximum of 5 contractors.
