The Directorate of Labour and Welfare invites tenderers to a limited tender contest in connection with the procurement of parallel framework agreements for consultancy services.
The contracts will cover the need for competence that the Contracting Authority does not have access to in its own agency at any given time, or where there is a need for extra capacity. The contracts can also be used for external quality assurance.
The contract is for the Norwegian Directorate of Labour and Welfare [Arbeids- og velferdsdirektoratet]. Other NAV entities (government part) have an option to use the contract.
