1. The subject of the contract is "Provision of telecommunications services in the field of two-way data transmission".
2. The contract shall be awarded as lots, each of which shall be the subject of a separate procedure.
3. The contract is included in the procurement plan published in the BZP under number 2.3.4.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for the cancellation of the procedure in the cases specified in Article 257 of the PPL.
1. The subject of the contract is "Provision of telecommunications services in the field of two-way data transmission".
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope is indicated in Part III of the SWZ and in Part IV of the SWZ - Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 15,000.00 (in words: fifteen thousand zlotys, 00/100)
4. The contracting authority requires a performance bond. The Contractor shall be obliged to lodge a performance bond for the amount constituting: 5% of the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the Agreement, in accordance with Article 452(2) of the PPL.
5. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to submit the said evidence together with the bid.
6. Term of the contract
6.1. The maximum term of the contract is 38 months, including
a.The Contractor shall launch teletransmission nodes from the required relations and configure the required APNs, including APN subgroups (VPN) in the number of not more than 8 within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of signing the Agreement. (Note – it is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders)
b. The Contractor shall deliver SIM cards to the Ordering Party's registered office within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party. (Note – it is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders)
c.Us telecommunications services in the field of wireless two-way data transmission will be launched on the day following receipt by the Ordering Party of SIM cards from the basic order and will be provided for 36 months.
