The service includes an energy service and technical services for the maintenance and repair of ventilation installations. The agreement can also cover improvement/remodelling on/in municipal buildings/facilities.

We currently have 108 ventilation installations that require annual service, and most of them also require belt replacement.

Energy assessments in accordance with the Energy Marking Regulations, normally every 4th year. The next assessment is planned for fall/winter 2022/23.

The work will be connected to the service area Culture and Society, especially building management.

It may also be relevant for other departments to enter into the contract, including procurement of materials.

We will also be able to use the contract for new installations and alterations to existing installations, with the limitations that exist in the proviso.
