Difi develops and manages multiple national joint systems. In order to implement multiple of the prioritised initiatives on Difi's business plan, there is a need for external development assistance.

The assignment has an upper limit of 20 000 000 NOK excluding VAT including an option.

The starting point of the assistance is 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2019. Option to extend for 6 months + 6 months.

Tenders that are subject to conditions about further sales from the tender deadline to the time of award on 15.11.2018 can be rejected.

We will award contracts to multiple tenderers within the total limit. The place of work will be Oslo or Leikanger. We want to hire 3-6 consultants and each tenderer can offer multiple consultants. In order to get the best possible assistance, the consultants will be assessed individually in accordance with the award criteria, and tenderers will be awarded a contract after the consultants have been ranked.
