ISB operates a storage and backup infrastructure at two locations in Mainz. Products from NetApp, CommVault, ProLion and Quantum are used.
The subject of this award procedure is the complete renewal of the maintenance from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2025
The original manufacturer's support is required. The exact designation, quantity and support level of the components used can be found in the tender documents in the document "C10 Price Sheet". It should be noted that the SLAs may differ per item.
On-site support at the ISB is provided by arrangement. The components are classified as risk-relevant for the operation of the ISB, so it is expected that the tasks will always be carried out by the same acting persons. The circle of people involved should also be kept as small as possible. It is expected that started activities will be completed by the same resources. All communication with the ISB must be in German.
In addition to the original manufacturer support, a separate German-speaking support is to be guaranteed.
The ISB should be assigned dedicated support staff from the tenderer who have information about the current course of the project.
A qualified support helpdesk specializing in data center content (no end-user support) is expected.
