The assignment has a duration of 4 years and can be terminated annually by both parties provided that it is registered 5 months before the annual expiry date.

The purchases will be placed on demand according to the needs of the different services. Deliveries may only be made on the basis of an order form.

This cutlery does not imply exclusivity. The municipality, the OCMW and ZV OPcura still have the possibility to order certain new printed works from another company without possible compensation for the awardee. This will depend on the price and the conditions that the awardee specifies for these new printed matter.
