TU Dublin is seeking tenders for the provision of the design and purchase of an East Quad Events Management, Room Booking and Communication system to support the Performing and Creative Arts Events. The requirement is for a highly flexible, real-time Events Management, Room Booking and Communication system that can support the specific requirements in the East Quad, Grangegorman, Dublin, as relates to the performing spaces/studios/exhibition spaces.

The system should support the unique requirements of the Arts schools and should also be able to support incoming commercial rentals for external Arts events. Currently the Faculty of Arts & Humanities includes a Conservatoire (Music & Drama), an Art & Design School and a School of Media whose events operations the successful system should be able to support.
