The Tax Cooperation Municipalities and Hoogheemraadschap Utrecht intends to conclude an agreement with one supplier for auditing services as referred to in this registration guide. This European tender is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012 and is carried out on the basis of the public procedure. The contract shall be awarded to the tenderer with the most economically advantageous tender based on the best value for money.
