It is planned to build a functional, barrier-free, future-oriented and above all a resource-saving office building.
The new building should be certified by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and at least meet its “gold” standard.

In addition to highly flexible and modern workplaces, TWS is planning an independent customer center with separate access in the new building.
The new data center and an independent control center will be set up in a particularly secure part of the new building.
The construction project includes the new construction of the extension building along Georgstraße.

The building is 4 storeys adjacent to the existing building. The building corner stands out clearly from the surrounding development due to its 6 storeys. The main building along Georgstraße has 3 floors. The new building is complete on the 1st basement, partly with a basement in the 2nd basement.
The subject of this call for tenders is metal facades.
In particular, these comprise approximately 2,600 m² of curtain wall constructions made of aluminum and prefabricated shotcrete components with sun and glare protection.
The construction work in the “Metal Facade” work will start from week 23 2023 starting with a duration of around 30 weeks (end of week 30 2024).
