Procurement and implementation of a patient data management system

Klinikum Mittelbaden is a municipal provider with 150 intensive care places in intensive care units at three locations in Balg, Bühl and Rastatt.

The subject of the tender is the provision and implementation of the operability of a patient data management system (PDMS) for the adult intensive care and IMC areas, for neonatology, central emergency departments, operating theatres and central and decentralised functional areas of anesthesia.

+ Implementation period: until 31.12.2026 at the latest.

+ The implementation must be carried out in compliance with the mandatory and optional criteria of the KHZG.

+ Implementation as an on-premise solution.

+ Bringing about operational capability includes the PDMS integration of the iMedOne, the medication software AidKlinik and the medical technology of the Klinikum Mittelbaden.

+ Also subject to the call for proposals are:

▪ Project management and all services to bring about operational capability on premise on the hardware of the Klinikum Mittelbaden.

▪ Project management and all services to bring about operational capability for the rollout of the PDMS at the sites in Balg, Bühl and Rastatt.

▪ A training concept that accompanies the implementation of the PDMS.

+ Also included in the tender is the system service for an initial period of three (3) years.
