1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new, medium rescue and fire-fighting cars with 4x4 drive.
2. The order is divided into 2 lots.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the supporting documentation
1) Annex No. 1.1 to the Terms of Reference - OPZ - Minimum technical requirements for TSO Letniki,
2) Annex No. 1.2 to the Terms of Reference - OPZ - Minimum technical requirements for the TSO Pogorzelki,
regarding technical parameters required by the Employer.
3. Delivery of a brand new, medium rescue and firefighting car with 4x4 drive, year of manufacture of the chassis and bodywork, not earlier than 2019 implemented as part of the project entitled: "Strengthening public administration and cooperation to improve the safe LT-PL environment" Strengthening public administration and cooperation for improving safe LT-PL environment), No. LT-PL-3R-255, co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg VA Lithuania-Poland Cooperation Program. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the documentation constituting Annex 1.1 to the ToR - OPZ - Minimum technical requirements for the TSO Letniki, regarding the technical parameters required by the Employer.
4. In the description of the subject of the contract regarding technical parameters reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority allows offering equivalent materials or solutions, provided that they ensure obtaining technical parameters not worse than those specified in the documentation.
5. Where the technical documentation includes a reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority allows offering equivalent materials or solutions, provided that they ensure obtaining technical parameters not worse than those specified in the documentation.
6. In the case of offering solutions equivalent to those specified in the project documentation, the contractor is obliged to fulfill the requirement arising from art. 30 paragraph 5 of the PPL Act.
7. The Contractor, for all parts of the contract, is obliged to permanently mark products that are the essential elements of the subject of the contract with graphic signs and inscriptions resulting from the currently binding Instruction for marking projects financed from external funds, adequately to the program to which the delivery relates in places and sizes specified by the Employer at the stage of the contract implementation at the Contractor's request.
8. The Purchaser, for all lots, requires at least a 2-year warranty on the delivery made. The contractor may obtain additional points for extending the warranty period in accordance with chapter XXII SIWZ "Description of criteria and method of evaluation of offers".
