The subject of the contract is the successive non-cash purchase of fuel within the framework of:

Part I: unleaded gasoline E-95 in quantity up to 55.800 liters,

Part II: ON diesel fuel in the amount of up to 75,000 liters,

Part III: unleaded petrol E-95 in quantity up to 31,200 liters

The quantity given is an estimate and approximately corresponds to WORD's demand in Radom for this type of fuel.

The quantity given is an estimate and approximately corresponds to WORD's demand in Radom for this type of fuel.

Refueling of the Ordering Authority's vehicles will take place in the city of Radom at stations belonging to the Contractor, the Contractor must have at least one filling station located at a distance of no more than 4 km from WORD's headquarters in Radom at 13 Sucha Street, measured back and forth the shortest public route, open 24 hours a day of the week.

The quantity given is an estimate and approximately corresponds to WORD's demand in Radom for this type of fuel.

Refueling of the Ordering Party's vehicles will take place in the city of Radom at stations belonging to the Contractor, while the Contractor must have at least one service station located at a distance of no more than 5 km from the word test site in Radom at Jerzego Radomskiego Street 1, measured back and forth by the shortest public road, open 24 hours a day of the week

The quantity given is an estimate and approximately corresponds to WORD's demand in Radom for this type of fuel.

Refueling of the Ordering Authority's vehicles will take place in the City of Grójec and Kozienice at stations belonging to the Contractor, with the Contractor having at least one station located:

• in the City of Grójec or within a distance of no more than 3 km from the administrative limits of the city

• within the City of Kozienice or within a distance of no more than 3 km from the administrative limits of the city
