The objective of the procurement is to safeguard Innovation Norway's requirement for the development of our portals and network systems, both for the internet, mobile network as well as other future platforms.

Some of the network system will not be included in this procurement, as Innovation Norway already has established framework agreements.

Innovation Norway is currently using EPiServer and WordPress as platforms for our internet sites, and is requesting primary competence on these platforms. However, Innovation Norway is not locked to these platforms and may consider other suitable platforms in the future. All of our infrastructure is based on Microsoft technology and we may consider expanding the technical portfolio for other platforms.

The management of licences for the EPiServer is a part of the contract.
