The construction project is the 2nd construction phase of the "General renovation of the community center Langwasser", which mainly involves indoor work. In the first phase of construction (2010-2013), a second structural rescue route from the upper storey construction and the outer shell (roofs, window doors, walls) of the main building (without Nebengebäude3) were energetically renovated. The community building (short GLW) consists of a predominantly one-storey main building, which only partial-basement and z. T. two-storey. Separately accessible are 3 outbuildings.
