The services of this Assignment are divided into the following 3 sub-assignments:
- Sub-assignment 1: The sub-assignment for taking care of the licenses for the hardware and software of ISVAG;
- Sub-assignment 2: The sub-assignment for offering managed services and support in the form of, among other things, offering a helpdesk that supports the Client in case of problems related to IT infrastructure;
- Sub-assignment 3: The sub-assignment for the internal support at the ISVAG location.
